This home was owned by an older fella in my neighborhood(bought the home in 1988) and they moved to a retirement place in May. The old listing shows very dated finishes and lots of maintenance needed but a house that looked like a warm place to live. It was priced accordingly and now thanks to the fippers, we have a grey/white hellscape interior. So freaking boring!
