Some people on here are investors. I wrote the insurance for a good decade or so until State Farm got back in the the hab realm. I still write a handful of their things. Good operation from my experience.

I have done several investments with them. All but 1 beat their target return and even that one I didn't lose money on.

I know there are other RE syndicates in town, but I'm not familiar enough that I'd put money in with them.

One of their employees is an Aggie.

There's a ton of syndicators out there. Most don't market themselves as their tax structure requires they have relationships with their accredited investors. Some have a different tax structure and are able to effectively crowdfund.
