My daughter graduated in December and its time to sell her condo. I tried to reach out to Red Pear but didn't hear back. In my search on the internet I came across a few sites advertising that I could just sell it directly to their investors without listing it, has anybody used these types of sites? I'm assuming they're legit but probably looking for a deep discount, or is it like Carvana where they will actually give you a decent offer?
