I know I missed the drawing but Hartline owner understood the objective here. 30 trees creating a year round privacy fence with 3 trees strategically blocking the neighbors side window view of the pool. That is near perfect execution on a least a 7-10 year plan here.

Where ever they move to will quickly be 20k in landscaping to replicate that.
