I made a previous thread regarding the 60 acre development I am working on due diligence in the Northern DFW area (Van Alstyne). Looking to do one acre lots with a bring your own custom builder concept.

I have already been connecting with some local companies regarding utilities installation (Water lines), electric, earthwork, land clearing, and chip seal or concrete paving. I wanted to see if any of the Aggie network had any recommendations for these trades as well for me to connect with.

Also, wanted to see if anyone had a recommendation for a sales team/broker that specializes in moving lots like this to end users? We are weighing just pre-selling direct to a few builders to avoid 6%+ sales fee or carrying through to the end user. Thanks for any insight.

I am a General Contractor out of Dallas and have managed trades like this many times on different projects. Shoot me an email and we can connect and talk more.
