Relatives are moving to be closer to family, wanted to post here if anyone is interested. Beautiful piece of land, main house is at the top of the hill and has a wonderful view. The two listings are separate but would be perfect for a family/compound setup.

Awesome place. I remember when it was cheap to buy anything in Robertson County. Crazy now. Wish my parents had kept their land between Franklin and Wheelock.

My great grandpa bought his first 50 acres out there for $10 an acre and the second 50 for $28 an acre. Now it is 15k+ an acre
