Well - have to part with an 80 acre inholding that I've enjoyed for years in south-central colorado. It is located in unit 81 where non-residents can draw archery tags every year. Yes the phone app view of website is terrible. Use desktop and you'll get a much better overview of where it is, terrain, and quality of wildlife. Excellent sized elk for the # of points that it takes to draw. Can draw as a nonresident every year.

What sort of road access to the property? Can't really see any roads on Land.ID

Do you mind if I share a google earth image of the property?

There is a two-track to the property/cabin and looks like some 4x4 roads through it. (The road might have some kind of easement with it as it looks like it goes through another person's property.)
