We are looking for properties around 50 acres in the following counties:

Rains, Hopkins, Wood, Van Zandt, Smith, Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee

Any suggestions for a buyer's agent that would negotiate on the fee and be patient? We could take a year to find the property that fits our other criteria.
