Have some other really cool stuff coming in around Traditions...one is a Colonial style luxury community (Twelve Oaks Reserve) and the other are sort of like gameday suites that are 1,900 SqFt that are built within a community that you own, can stay all weekend and entertain guests, etc. (Gameday Suites Aggieland). I'll play. Living on acreage. We are actually about to do that this month. Moving to 3.5 acres about 10-15 minutes outside of city.

(That also helps us avoid a ridiculous and erroneously labeled "mansion tax" we would have to pay at closing if we bought in the city.)
