One point of view is that Tech football is in a chaotic situation coming off a 5-loss season. kind of like a squirrel in the throes of death. and there's a burning wall of money between your delusion and reality.
Good question, and one I've been struggling with as well to answer. Tech has to get to the playoffs this year, that is certain, and though most fans would be thrilled to only have three losses, there's no way a three-loss team gets to the playoffs unless their school's name starts with the letter Alabama, Notre Dame, or Ohio State. Joey has to do it this year, no excuses, but not sure if Tech would fire him for a three-loss season. The powers that be would probably freeze up NIL money for the next season and start looking for a new coach to replace him after a .500 finish.

Conner is a good kid with lots of talent. After his injuries he seemed to have a big confidence issue. I hope he does well at uh and a change scenery allows him to shoe the real Conner.
