Just got back from Myrtle Beach for the Family Golf week Tournament,

It's a tree day tournament (best ball, alternating shot, shamble) at a different course each day.

The have the Father /Son division (one generation gap allowed, so grandfather/ grandson), and a Family Division (pretty much anything else related).

Flighted by handicap, etc..

Not my first time playing in it, but just wanted to throw it out there for anyone who might be interested in something like that. Usually the 2-3 week in July, so humid as hell, but pretty well organized, and we've made some great memories with my dad, brother, and nephew.

$895 per team.

That includes all the rounds, a few meals, and a decent gift bag.

I've played in it 9 times, ita a fantastic tournament. Still keep in touch in friends we've made from the tournament. Its a blast. Played in it with my dad, now playing with my sons.
