Trying to sell our home, it's a great home in a great neighborhood zoned to Comal ISD Schools.

We were planning on staying longer but my in-laws health is declining so we have to move to be closer to them.

Because it's overpriced and in a cookie cutter neighborhood.

I live in Bulverde / Spring Branch, in a golf course community, on 1.5 acres, in a house valued at $680K and pay $5,400 per year in taxes.

Careful, this home is technically not in the Bulverde city limits. Bulverde is in Comal county. This home is considered to be in San Antonio and is in Bexar county, and thus still controlled by Bexar county/San Antonio judges.

This is an important distinction as when the next COVID like event happens you will be forced to abide by whatever San Antonio does, aside from anything Comal ISD decides to do.
