Howdy, I LOVE Pickapeppa Sauce, but only know to eat it with Cream Cheese on Triscuits. Anyone have any good recipes that involve the use of this wonderful stuff????

We frequently enjoy a pickapeppa pot roast recipe out of Robb Walsh's 'The Hot Sauce Cookbook'. I'll try to remember to share it here sometime over the weekend, or you can probably just search online and try one out.

Can be used in Pot Roast, Gumbo, Soups, Wings, Shrimp, BBQ Ribs & Fajitas to name a few. When in comes to the Pot Roast try injecting the Pickapeppa Sauce into the roast.

2 lbs Shrimp

1/2 cup margarine
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
1 Tablespoon Pickapepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
garlic
parsley

Mix ingredients, simmer on stove for 10 minutes, pour over shrimp and broil until done.

It makes a gangster addition to marinara sauce, which I use to cover manicotti. Same for spaghetti sauce.
