Anyone done this? I was just watching an episode of Hot Ones, and Aaron Paul throws some pretty big dollops on there. I think I'm going to give it a shot tomorrow.

I'm ok with sauces on fried chicken. Hot sauce, cream gravy, maple syrup, all are fine. If I'm going to splurge on caviar, I want it served on something rather benign that doesn't cover of the flavor of the fish eggs.

I read the menu as fried chicken with crepes on the side and the caviar as a crepe topping. That probably works, but I'm not sure it's worth $600.

Oh hell no. My GF is pretty tuned into Charleston limited caviar scene and while I enjoy the accoutrements some of the places come up with I enjoy it most on its own.

Caviar is one of those things I wish I hadn't been exposed to. It is so good but just stupid expensive.

To be fair. That is $600 across four people. Two full fried chickens and a **** ton of high end caviar.

Those of you that have not done fried chicken and champagne, you are truly missing out.

Add caviar and…. Oh man.

Thomas Keller's fried chicken and a high acidity cremant are my go to to make for Valentines dinner.
