Hello. I'm looking for a recommendation for a restaurant in The Woodlands that's really good, preferably not one of the chain restaurants. It's been a while since I've been in that part the Houston area and I appreciate your suggestions. Thanks

What kind of food are you looking for?

Xalisko is my favorite in the area. Upscale Mexican. It's done really, really well.

Bosscat is a good spot for brunch.

Goode Co Cantina is the best TexMex in the area

Amrina is a really cool spot. Great Upscale Indian/Indian Fusion

Bloofin is the best sushi in the area. Really cool menu.

I've heard Suxico talked up, but when we went, it was just fine.

Bloofin is a way better experience for me.
