restaurant with the most diverse selection of seafood dallas/houston areas?

I dont consider anything blackened or cajun to be seafood... Im looking for places that have oysters, clams, razor clams, periwinkles, sea cucumber, tuna, uni, etc etc.. things actually involving saltwater..

are there such places in the houston/galveston or dallas area? Asian maybe, but are there others?

You should try pappadeauxs so you can learn that seafood can in fact be prepared blackened or fried

Urban Seafood is our favorite in Dallas. Their happy hour has $1 oysters that are really good.
