2.25 gallons of ginger beer ready in six days. Waiting for the pot to come to room temperature then I'll add the fermented ginger bug and bottle at room temperature for four days then into the refrigerator to stop the fermentation. This will be my fourth batch this year.

Man, I love ginger beer. Dark and Stormy or Border Storm (add habanero tincture) is the perfect poolside cocktail.

Not hard to keg this if you wanted it on tap. A lot less work, but you'd need some additional hardware.
