Maybe his former player on here can confirm, but if you see someone come in and score pretty well but they aren't getting many minutes in games - its because they aren't playing defense like Bucky wants. I believe I read he was pretty strict on that and playing time

Vinson has a nice touch on those free throws. That could help him break into the rotation, especially in late game situations.
