I added ESPN Unlimited during the showdown and I'm not dropping it until all the kinks are worked out.

sometimes you have to log out of the credentials your using for espn app completely then re-log in credentials. ESPN seems to forget mine once every 3 weeks or so.

So…when you identify your provider there is an authentication back to your provider to price you are who you say you are and then authorization for some period of time from your provide to ESPN that demonstrates your licenses and the a time-bound grant by ESPN to you. They revoked any existing grant while YT was disallowed so likely logging out and back in will re-establish the grant on your device.

In some cases you might have to remove and re-install the app to clear the app memory. In a desktop device clearing cache for the browser is how you accomplish same thing.
