Our pitchers main complaint was when it came to grips to get the desired outcome he was lacking. He knew what he wanted analytically but had problems teaching you how to get there.

Right now he's 2 for 2 for injuries in both seasons he has coached.

I'm sure some of the comments about him are exaggerated because of the way he left us with that other guy. He is definitely a good coach and I understand why he had to make that move, but he was bound to make some enemies.

As for current players, I don't think many players hated or disliked him while he was here. There is something to be said for nobody following him when he had so much success transforming players though. They might not have disliked him before the leave, but I do think that its possible him recruiting guys to the sips immediately following the championship rubbed some the wrong way.

Calling Schloss "that other guy" reminded me of this "other guy dis" song!!!
