The goal is to get 3 games in without a 7 inning DH so 2 have to be played today and one Saturday or Sunday.

Are they screwing over the customer and not making it right? Are they not assisting you? Don't get hyperbolic, if they aren't assisting then explain, but generally moving a game for weather is not "screwing the customer ".

The Saturday game may be pushed to Sunday, they just wanted as big of a window as possible.

No refunds or exchanges. Show up Friday at 2 PM or lose your money/tickets.

I'm old enough to remember pass out tickets. We had every single color stashed and ready to go for any game lol.

Going down to the tailgate to get a beer and burger mid game was peak baseball.

Well I agree I think they should do a credit or something for that. Don't blame them for moving the games, but should at least give a credit for other tickets.

Make the cancelled ticket an SRO ticket for any other home game. Easy. ( Nit nearly as good as a refund but it's something)

This is kinda like this: We went to a basketball game in early January on a Saturday and stayed at the A&M hotel. Our room included two free buffet breakfasts Sunday morning.

Went down to eat chow and the restaurant was closed for breakfasts.

But the Hotel was cool and gave us coupons for a complimentary breakfast any time.

See how that works? It's just not that hard.

Seat contributions will be added to single game ticket purchases when applicable. If a game is canceled with no regular season home games remaining in that season, a refund will be issued for single game purchasers, which includes the single game seat contribution. Refunds will be issued to the credit card on file or a check will be mailed to the address on file. Exchanges can be made at the box office or by phone. Tickets purchased via the secondary market cannot be exchanged through the 12th Man Foundation (with the exception of ADA needs) or refunded. Only tickets purchased directly from the 12th Man Foundation are eligible for an exchange consideration. Note: There are no refunds or exchanges for season ticket holders.

I offer tickets each year for charity. I state clearly to the winner that baseball is weather dependent and games get rescheduled and canceled. Nothing i can do to change that.

Wife has missed two games this year due to weather.

I lucked out and got a double header on a former work day.

Sorry to OP, but that is how baseball is.
