Pretty amusing video putting Ava and Addi together. Ava is a super seasoned interviewee answering questions like a champ. Addi the freshman looking up to the senior leader and learning. Addi's going to be fielding a lot of questions in the future.

Any idea why we haven't seen Stanojevic at all until today? Our two starting middles are very good but would like a 3rd option with experience as we get into the meat of the schedule. Her timing was off a bit. Several swings with solid contact hit the top of the tape. Loved seeing her attempt 2 slide attacks. If that's one of her strengths, I would LOVE to see we use that effectively. Also curious how her blocking is.

I know she has a lot of international experience already and she arrived late joining the team. I'm wondering if she's considered a project or we're just saving her eligibility this year. or something else?

Yeah that was pretty funny seeing how nervous she was!! And crazy to see how she doesn't play nervous at all!!

I know I was surprised to see her out there. I think in volleyball once you play a match you lose eligibility so I'm assuming we'll see more of her going forward! Hopefully that's a good thing! Announcer also said Fitch was coming back from a minor injury so maybe she'll see the court more as well!

Regarding Stanojevic watching the game live I thought it was pretty obvious why she hasn't been put in more. Her swings were timid and pretty weak. Not saying she won't be good eventually but definitely not Cos or Perkins level yet

She definitely needs to get stronger!! But I hope she can get some experience in blowout matches for next year! We will bring in a freshman middle in Lolufe Adedeji but we'll for sure need to go after an elite one in the portal! That should be the priority in the off-season!
