In this week's edition of 'Ten on a Tuesday,' I list ten out-of-state targets that Kevin Sumlin's Aggies are recruiting with a great deal of effort. The order reflects a combination of need, mutual interest and ability, with need and mutual interest being the two most heavily-weighted factors.

1. Scottsdale (AZ) Desert Hills QB Kyle Allen
Texas A&M needs a quarterback in this year's class and Allen still represents the Ags' best bet.
