Manziel answers Media Day test, clears confusion

HOOVER, Ala. — Surrounded by a crush of reporters, Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel made it clear that he would remain a free-wheeling, fullspeed, unpredictable dazzler.

He said he’d remain the same on the field, too.

Last season Manziel rushed for 1,410 yards, passed for 3,706, became the first SEC player to reach 5,000 yards in total yardage in a single season and was the first freshman to win the Heisman Trophy.
