When these two teams met last fall, the Aggies rolled to an easy victory, putting the Bearkats away by halftime. However, it’s fair to say that things didn’t come easy for the A&M offense in the first quarter-plus. The Ags blew things open in the second quarter, racing out to an insurmountable 34-0 lead, but, nearly 20 minutes in, the score was just 7-0.
