Texas A&M posts wild victory after struggling to put Volunteers away

The Aggies seemed to have secured a victory at multiple points throughout the fourth quarter against the Vols, but Tennessee wouldn't go down without a fight. After two overtimes, Texas A&M was finally able to put the Volunteers away, 45-38.

The gospel according to St. John Chavis teaches that “nobody eats until the prey is dead.”

The Aggies damned near starved on Saturday night before finally pulling out an exhausting 45-38 college football victory.

The table was set. Heads were bowed for grace. But the prey – the Tennessee Volunteers – just would not die.

These Volunteers are like cockroaches in a nuclear war. They can seemingly survive anything.
