The Texas A&M football team held its first official press conference of the 2011 season in advance of Sunday's opener versus SMU at Kyle Field. A&M head coach Mike Sherman, passing coordinator Tom Rossley, defensive coordinator Tim DeRuyter and players Ryan Tannehill, Uzoma Nwachukwu, Ryan Swope, Tony Jerod-Eddie, Caleb Russell and Trent Hunter spent time at the podium meeting with the media.
