Fisher pleased with early offseason progress, maturity of new arrivals

This offseason the Texas A&M football team has been completing what's known as the "Fourth Quarter" program. It's a set of drills that enhances agility and explosiveness. Head coach Jimbo Fisher has been watching the team develop and has noticed many improvements including culture implementation.

Coach Jimbo Fisher likes what he’s seen from his Texas A&M football team this offseason, so on Thursday he let the media see it, too.

Fisher allowed reporters to view A&M’s “Fourth Quarter” drills, a series of intense workouts designed to increase agility and explosiveness.

“We always talk about toughness, effort, discipline, pride and grit,” the fast-talking Fisher explained. “Today was more of an agility day.
