Mike Sherman has had a very bad week, although for the most part he probably has been oblivious to it all.

Sherman truly lives in a by-the-numbers world. If it’s Saturday night and his team just suffered an historic low, then it’s OK to feel the blues. By Sunday, it’s time for the old stiff upper-lip, a little film study and game-planning for next week. Come Monday, it’ll be alright. It’s time to move on to the next one, practice and pen the next script in stone.
