Wednesday was a big day for new head coach Kevin Sumlin and the Texas A&M football program, as the Aggies addressed a key area of need with the signing of Gulf Coast (MS) C.C. defensive back Otis Jacobs, beating out a high-profile future SEC rival in the process.
 
At around 9-o’clock this morning, Sumlin and the Aggies got the good news when Jacobs’ signature came across the fax machine.
