Twelve new faces offer renewed hope for Taylor & Co. in Year 4

Joni Taylor and her staff added 12 new faces to the Texas A&M women's basketball program during the offseason as the Aggies must improve on a 10-19 record. Taylor & Co. will officially open 2025-26 on Wednesday against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.

Entering Year 4 under head coach Joni Taylor, Texas A&M's women's basketball is looking in a different direction.

Certainly not backward.

The Aggies finished 2024-25 with a 10-19 record. As injuries and inconsistencies piled up, A&M was left with plenty of questions after winning just three SEC games.

During the offseason, Taylor and her staff brought in 12 new faces, hoping to repair and replenish the roster after an underwhelming campaign.
