For a historic volleyball season, four Fightin’ Texas Aggies garnered first-team all-conference recognition from the Southeastern Conference as Ifenna Cos-Okpalla, Logan Lednicky, Kyndal Stowers and Maddie Waak were among the honorees.

With a 22-3 overall record and a second-place finish in the league at 14-1, Texas A&M is the No. 2 seed in the SEC Tournament and will begin the postseason on Sunday.

With Jamie Morrison leading the way, A&M will push for its first conference championship since 2015 this weekend in Savannah before returning to Reed Arena to host at least the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament in front of the 12th Man.

First Team All-SEC

Ifenna Cos-Okpalla - Middle - Senior from Flower Mound, Texas
2025 Stats: 25 matches, 184 kills, .441 HP, 146 TB, 31 SA

In a league full of heavy hitters, the two-time All-SEC honoree has stopped them all. Leading the conference in total blocks (146), hitting percentage (.441) and aces per set (.51), Cos-Okpalla put together one of the most impactful seasons on both sides of the ball that the conference has ever seen. As one of the most feared stuffers in the nation, the SEC successfully recognized Cos-Okpalla's dominance as she earned eight individual honors this season. Like Logan Lednicky, she continues to surge in A&M's record books, chasing a spot in the top three among A&M's career block leaders.

Logan Lednicky - Opposite - Senior from Sugar Land, Texas
2025 Stats: 25 matches, 333 kills, .312 HP, 67 TB, 236 digs

The fourth-generation Aggie is a four-time All-SEC recipient. Lednicky achieved the rare feat while compiling one of the most spectacular careers in the program's history.

With 1,552 kills to her name, she sits in fifth on A&M's all-time kill list, and it is possible she could finish in the top three with an ultra-successful postseason. Ever since her arrival on campus, she has been an impact player with the ability to carry the offense, but her senior year has been her most efficient, hitting at a .312 clip. One of the 14 semifinalists for the ACVA Player of the Year Award, Lednicky has spearheaded A&M's transformation. From a program once in the SEC's cellar during her freshman season to one in the nation’s top 10 with a chance to continue making history, Lednicky will leave A&M better than she found it.

Kyndal Stowers - Outside -  Sophomore from Denton, Texas
2025 Stats: 24 matches, 265 kills, .268 HP, 12 SA, 179 digs

A year ago, Stowers wasn't playing on a collegiate volleyball court. Now, she's cemented herself as one of the conference's best additions. After overcoming a wealth of concussions at Baylor, being forced into medical retirement and taking a year off, the adversity Stowers has faced has fueled her stellar sophomore season.

Considered "pound for pound, one of the best athletes on campus" by Morrison, Stowers has only provided A&M's lethal offense with more pop. Utilized as a weapon at any spot on the floor, the Denton native recorded 15 double-digit kill matches in her 24 played and also led the league in passing grade. With two more years of eligibility, Stowers is a program-elevating player, as she has proven this season.

Maddie Waak - Setter - Senior from Katy, Texas
2025 Stats: 25 matches, 1,009 A, 11.47 A/S, 24 SA, 186 digs

The nation's leader in assists per set rocks Maroon & White. In her final regular season match, Waak surpassed 1,000 assists on the year, making her the first Aggie since 2019 to do so in back-to-back seasons.

Thriving in a one-setter system, Waak has made the most of the prolific offense around her. She registered 14 flawless matches in 2025, quarterbacking A&M to a 14-1 conference record. Often the unsung hero, but every bit as important to the team as the hitters, Waak set the table for an offense that never stopped feasting.
