Moxie the Schnauzer and Gauge the 3 legged Brittany. We had to take his leg a few weeks back because of cancer but he's starting to get around pretty well now

Update on Gusdespite told only a couple of days to live, Gus is still here and has actually rallied. Was told he has tumors in his abdomen. After he made it thru the weekend, I took him for a more thorough scan and radiologist did not find any masses.

So, although he does not have tumors, something is still wrong. They just don't know what it is. The good news is that he doesn't have cancer. And he is eating better. A far cry from being told to dig his grave. But I'll take it.

Thanks, Claude. He's old for a Bulldog and has lived longer than the stats show.

But I'm not ready for him to go. He's pretty lazy. And stubborn. And sleeps a lot. And always seems to have gas when all of us are in the living room watching the Ags on TV while around the fireplace in winter. And expensive with allergies and other ailments.

He's just a good ol boy.

The emotional roller coaster was awful this weekend. Cancer. A couple of days to live. Get ready. Dig. Then yesterday's good scan. Pretty happy he's doing better.

Who doesn't have gas watching the Ags on tv? Not unique.

Hug him as much as you can and be thankful for the reprieve. And be sure to talk to that vet about the mistake.
