Someone left their dog **** in my front yard over the weekend. Peak laziness

Neighbors walking by who make no effort at a quick "hello" after making eye contact

Going faster than 30mph down the street

Back porch lights on anytime between 9pm-6am.

Constantly has yard crew doing landscaping, and their turcks/trailers span 2 or more houses of curb space.

Not direct neighbors, but recently a few houses in the neighborhood have been bought by aholes who put them up as rentals. They sit for months waiting for someone to rent and they don't take care of the yard during that time so it looks worse than any other house.

My lazy ass neighbors whos yard is full of weeds and lets it grow up. Then, when they do get around to cutting it, they don't edge. We live in a nice neighborhood with nice houses.. take care of your effin yard.

People who park in the street right near a somewhat blind intersection.

You have to move into the other lane to avoid their car but then someone comes flying around the corner headed right at you.

Quiet neighborhood but that happens more than you think it would.

I agree with all of yours Bisbee. speeding is even worse because its 25mph and most people go closer to 35.

parking in the driveway but over the sidewalk. just pull up already.

parking 5 feet from an intersection. culprits here are jacked up f150 and ram mega cab. difficult to see around with no room for 3 wide to get through the intersection.

sprinklers on after a pouring rain. I'm sure its bad sensors or ignorant people that never check their settings but still its dumb.

obnoxious over the top landscaping. like too many plants for the space, brick/stone edging that's so tall it looks gaudy and out of place.

No real pet peeves. My neighbors does blow his edging clippings into the street rather than back into the yard, but that's about it.

On this topic, if I have tall trees or a crepe myrtle that happens to grow beyond my fence over the property line, my neighbor is entitled to cut what's ever on their side

I'm not gonna battle the yellow jackets and spiders going to the back of my flower bed on a ladder trimming the tree against the fence line in all the brush, know what I mean?

I feel like this is a gray area. I cut branches that grow into my yard from my neighbors when they become a problem

I haven't lived in a neighborhood for years but we moved into one last year. We recently got a picture of the front of our with our garage can sitting in front of our garage. They want it hidden. It.is.summer.in.Texas.

People love to cut across my lawn. It's annoying. It's not necessarily respectful of my property, but I am also not running out of the house with a shotgun in my chones. It's just a pet peeve.

Out of all the things in life to care about, WHY, just WHY

Stack a bunch of random boxes or other crap around it to hide it from view.

Litter in my yard is a pet peeve. People out walking or doing whatever and are just okay with discarding a candy wrapper or something like that. JFC, just stick it in your pocket until you get home.

Or use a garbage can somebody has conveniently left in front of their garage.

I'm a bad neighbor right now because my snowpuff likes to sneak out of the yard when she goes outside. I haven't seen her mess in anyone's yards though cause she comes back so fast when I open the door cause she's hoping I couldn't tell she was ever gone.
