Wow, lot's of racist presumptions on this thread. How do y'all know she dint pay fo 32 drinks and just be saving cups?

Is she outright stealing though? I'm sure she is violating a Costco rule but if she paid for a cup and then decided to fill a jug is that against a law?

(I get that she is not using a costco specific cup in the video)

It's equally possible she just rolled up and decided to fill up a jug and doesn't even have a membership, in which case she is definitely stealing (it looks like that food court is weirdly outside). Costco should tell her to leave and have her trespassed if she doesn't. I just don't think its that big of a deal in the long run.

Although it's not stated anywhere officially, Costco generally prefers to see their employees wearing collared shirts (like polos or button-ups), slacks or jeans without holes, and closed-toe shoes.

Anything besides the drink cup you paid for is stealing. You paid for the cup and refills of the cup during that visit. That's why you're buying a 20oz fountain drink and not, "Unlimited fountain drink access."

She's getting like $5 of lemonade from Costco who only charges $.79 a drink. The entire food court is a loss leader for them and there can't be more than 20 people a year that do this (given how rare is seems to pop up in social media). Costco probably loses more in a single day from a single store's employee shrinkage than the combined theft of fountain drinks yearly.

I can't imagine truly caring about something like this.
