My buddy and I were on the concourse when they came up there. For being 62, Sting looks unbelievable up close.

I had never been to Fertitta Center, but it was a perfect venue for this. Probably 5k fans and it felt like there was a buzz the entire time.

I couldnt agree more. I had been a couple of times when it was Hofheinz, but when I heard the show was going to be at UH I knew that was perfect because of the size of the arena. The low ceiling keeps the noise in more and everyone is close to the ring compared to Toyota Center where $70 gets you nose bleeds. They could have done like NXT did when they came through Houston and curtained off the upper deck at Toyota Center but it still feels so empty even with the lower bowl full. On one hand I want AEW to become successful enough where they need to book a larger venue like Toyota Center, but it was great to see a show at a smaller packed house.

Cedar Park was the same feel last month.

Raw had been so unwatchable to me it kept me from watching any wrestling. Watching Smackdown tonight for the first time in a while now and it's just so contrived. Commercials in the middle of a match suck.

Ive been keeping up though by listening to Solomonster Soundoff podcast each week. CM Punk making his debut is worth watching.
