Well watching Summerslam tonight.. here is the card

Match Completed
1. Big E (winner) vs Baron Corbin - nice clean win and I think Baron Corbin has a great gimmick that will pay off by Wrestlemania... he went from the Lone Wolf, to Corporate .. to King Corbin and now.. broke Corbin..

2. AJ Style and Omos (c) vs RK-Bro (Randy Orton and Riddle) (winner) - WWE Raw Tag Team Championship... great payoff match that continue to build on the best thing the WWE has been producing. They need to continue this relationship as it has really helped Randy and Riddle. Also, I believe Omos will become the next great giant.. (either The Great Khali or Andre The Giant.. TBD).

3. Alexa Bliss (winner) vs Eva Marie - seriously .. this is a ppv match.. time to cook dinner. Alexa should be fighting better.. and end the Fiend storyline. Well Alexa wins but .. still no end to this gimmick.

4. Sheamus (c) vs Damian Priest (winner) - WWE United States Championship .. another solid match and glad to see Damian win .. now it is time for him to shin. We keep saying .. build a guy up.. well time to for Damian to step up and be built up.

5. The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso)(c) (winner) vs Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio - WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championship .. fun match with some great spots.. I enjoyed the Eddie G spots and even the Uso mocking them.. from 3 amigos to ending it w/ a frog splash.

6. Bianca Belair (c) vs Sasha Banks / Carmella / Becky Lynch (winner) - WWE SmackDown Women's Championship .. about time but what happen to Sasha Banks?? Glad to see Becky back but why did they do Bianca wrong w/ such a quick finish.. hell the entrances took longer. This was wrong.. this should have been a much longer match.. wtf!?!

7. Drew McIntyre (winner) vs Jinder Mahal .. the fans are losers in this match.. sometime a story doesn't work.. this story doesn't work and nobody cares... great way to take the energy out of the room after Becky return.

8. Nikki A.S.H vs Charlotte Flair (winner) vs Rhea Ripley - WWE RAW Women's Championship... good match and some nice spot. The crowd was dead early on but they got pulled back. I would have prefer Rhea to have won but I am ok with this finish.

9. Edge (winner) vs Seth Rollins - nice win and really enjoyed everything about this match. Great entrance, storytelling. Both wrestler showed up and worked the match. Frankly I enjoyed it including the ending. Could not ask for a better match. (This could easily have been a Wrestlemania match).

10. Bobby Lashley (c) (winner) vs Goldberg - WWE Championship.. can't believe it but that was the best Goldberg match I have seen in a long time. It actually had more then the same 3 moves. They actually setting up a reason for Goldberg to return for a bigger payday match. Having MVP hit him w/ a cane was a nice was to work an injury angle in a match.

11. Roman Reigns(c) vs John Cena - WWE Universal Championship

Agree.. I would love for a great match w/ Becky winning. Show what Bianca can do.. (still want to know what happen to Sasha Banks).. have Carmella interfere so that both Becky and Bianca stay strong. Then have Bianca fued w/ Carmella and Sasha feud w/ Becky.

I swear these writers know how to screw up good story.

Becky has been training for awhile, so you know she'd make a return for a big PPV. Might as well be Summer Slam rather than wait 3 more months for Survivor Series (as the "mystery" partner). Now, the storyline was messed up.

Makes sense. The storyline was messed up. I meant to say in the previous post was that Vince having Becky win in seconds. I wouldn't mind Becky winning but make it a good match.

Bianca got the Kofi treatment when he lost the belt at WM to Brock. The real story is what happened to Sasha to not wrestle.

They got pulled from the shows last weekend. Maybe a covid exposure for Sasha and she has to quarantine? Maybe they can explain Sasha's absence as Becky Lynch jumping her or kidnapping her?

I think if they wanted to go that route (becky jumping her) they would have done something tonight to plant the seeds. I could be wrong, though

Yea they brought the crowd back and even though I am tired of charlotte, she always seems to deliver.. the question is who will she fight next. Rhea or Nikki.. or someone new?

Edge's entrance was badass!

Actually what officially ended my WWE watching was when they made Kofi drop the belt to Lesnar in under 10 seconds on Smackdown right after he went on that magical run to obtain his first ever singles title. It was so dumb.

Positive.. more then 5 mins .. Goldberg actually did more then 3 moves and actually had a match. They told a story in the ring.. rarity for a Goldberg match. They made both guys look strong and even though Goldberg forfeit due to injury.. the injury was caused by a cane hit by MVP.

Negative .. Goldberg forgot to sell a few times (probably not use to selling) and he looked legit gas (first time in a long time for him to go for more then 5 mins).
