With Superman being so well-received this weekend, doing great at the box office, and successfully setting up the new DCU, I just wanted to appreciate/anticipate the current state of blockbuster filmmaking, as I haven't been this satisfied or excited, blockbuster-wise, in I don't know how long...

- Sinners could very well earn a Best Picture nomination.
- Thunderbolts* was one of Marvel's best movies in years.
- 28 Years Later was incredibly refreshing/surprisingly touching.
- F1 was a huge crowd pleaser and solidified Jospeh Kosinski as must-see blockbuster director.
