Warrant, Firehouse, and Lita Ford in Katy tonight.

I saw that and would have gone if it was a Friday or Saturday. Lita still puts on a great show. Haven't seen firehouse since the lead singer passed.
I haven't seen Firehouse since the dot.com boom circa 1999. It was at the lone rock club in Palo Alto.

Ether this or Blind Melon in Houston

Either way I am likely going solo for this show as everyone else is doing the Aggie game and staying in town

the 5th is my 40th bday so seems on point to attend a retro '90s post grunge show.

Saw them several years ago up in South Bend, IN. Very cool show.

Concert extravaganza in NYC is wrapped up.

Some thoughts: Pier 17 is an awesome venue. If you have a chance to see any of your favorites there... GO!

Chevelle was amazing as per usual. Korn and System killed it at Met Life.

ACL lineup just got a little better for an old man like me - Dojacat out, replaced by The Killers.

Just got out of The Pogues at Lincoln Theatre in D.C. It was a great show! Unfortunately, all the dates are in the Northeast and Chicago.

Got to see Josh Freese behind the kit with Foo Fighters and now with Nine Inch Nails this week. For me it's an added bonus to what I'm hearing is already a great show. Can't wait!

I've been watching some of the YouTube clips -- looks like it is going to be great. We are about 10 rows from the small stage.

Nice. She's on my list to catch live at some point.

Finally crossed Nine Inch Nails off my concert list last night. Amazing show even from the nosebleeds. The production/effects were top notch, and I'm not much of an arena show guy either.

NIN was amazing last night. I was in the pit almost dead center right in between the main and B stages. Such an intimate feeling start with the piano songs on the B stage. The pictures I've seen don't do the main stage justice. It's so simple but unique and amazing visually.

Really just one of my all time favorite bands. Trent's voice sounds great and the energy was amazing. Go see this show if you can!

I could not see Atticus with that chain without thinking of this:

And Robin Finck gives LOTR vibes:

Had backstage passes and floor tix to that Toyota 2005 show. Was probably best concert I've been to.

That NIN show was fantastic. Wife and I were in 111 and the A/B stage setup worked great. Reznor seems to not have aged and sounded great too. Wish we had gotten pit but my wife is 5'1" so…

Man all this talk about NIN reminds me of the last time I saw them was with soundgarden at red rocks ( our first show there) and wife was like 6 months pregnant with our first. We were so annoyed with all the weed smoke (this was 2014, freshly after it all became legal)

Man that was a good show, and the last time we saw Cornell.

NIN was incredible! I think that was my favorite stage configuration I've ever seen at Toyota. I especially loved that the middle stage went down (and the lights went up) when it wasn't in use. And I also loved that the opening act had his own "stage" so it didn't take forever to switch out all the equipment.

Amazing Steven Wilson show on Friday night here in Phoenix. The band is great, and it was nice to see Wilson solo for the first time.

On deck is the Joe Perry Project on Tuesday. This is essentially a supergroup, with him and Brad Whitford from Aerosmith, Chris Robinson from the Black Crowes, and Robert DeLeo from STP.

There was a guy diagonal from you on at the B stage that I could see who was shirtless and REALLY getting into the first few songs. He was in the GA pit area side of the stage. Had my wife and I cracking up. Not that I can talk, but that guy probably didn't need to be shirtless.

Or if it was someone on this thread - good for you!

Got a fantastic Joe Perry Project show last night in Phoenix. Joe and Brad Whitford both played great, and Chris Robinson put his own touch on the Aerosmith numbers and had two Black Crowes songs (Twice as Hard, Jealous Again) in the set as well. One Stone Temple Pilots song (Vaseline) from bassist Robert DeLeo's other group.

They played again tonight at the Hollywood Bowl, opening for The Who. I didn't make that show but Slash joined for Mama Kin, and Steven Tyler coming on stage for Walk This Way and Train Kept a Rollin'.
