I don't know many quotes from them, but I like imitating Puddy on occasion, and I like using my J. Peterman voice when appropriate.

I do both of those.
I use the deadpan "Yeah, that's right" on my son pretty often.
I also use "Dammit, Elaine, that wasn't Zach! That was the yam yam!"
I like to sit next to my wife on a plane and stare at the back of the seat in front of me David Puddy style until she gets annoyed.
Every time we fly - "I can't go back! I won't go back"
and
"You can take the reservation, you just need to HOOLLDD the reservation."

I've had probably 30 fantasy sports teams over the years named after Seinfeld quotes
My friends and i have used "Nice game, pretty boy!" on each other often playing disc golf. I think that's my favorite line and delivery ever - Kramer doing the voiceover for Newman on the Zapruder fil.

I definitely still do, and I can tell if I'll like someone new that I meet if I use a Seinfeld quote in casual conversation and they pick up on it. Sometimes though I'll just be by myself at the grocery store finding myself saying "look to the cookie" in the bakery section.
