No good? I liked the original.

Pretty disappointing. Oddly paced, super weird and annoying score, and a couple key plot points made very little sense

Denzel is great. Spike Lee does flex his directing muscle, and it was a fun look at NYC as a movie setting. However, as I watched High to Low for the first time a few weeks ago, in anticipation of this, it does not come close to the original at all. But whether you watch the original or this one, it is an excellent exercise in 'what would you do" scenario.

Definitely not a must-see, unless you are a big Denzel fan, which I am, and he makes it worth watching. But outside of that, no need. 3 out of 5
