The somehow even more epic end credits version of Eternia.
The Queen connection is obvious, but you can't help comparing it to the title track from "Flash Gordon" back in the 80s with the chorus and the building crescendo of a property leaping onto the big screen from a somewhat cornball past. Ditto with Highlander

Honestly haven't heard a lot of Pemberton but him being on spiderverse is enough for me to get excited for a soundtrack. Actually forgot he did the bad King Arthur movie as well which I actually like the music from.
Considering the undisputable fact that Queen's Flash Gordon title track is the greatest movie title track ever made and will never be topped, you can only imagine me hearing this Masters of the Universe soundtrack inspired by it:

Pretty crazy story about Leto as Skeletor. They paid him $5 million, then put him on a gag order to not talk about the movie or do interviews and didn't invite him to the premiere.

Cheesy in the right way: A+
Watched it with my wife tonight. We are 80s kids and this was perfect nostalgia. I was worried when I saw the trailers but overall it work really well. My wife was cheering throughout the movie.. before the transformation.. though she did seem to cheer after too.. umm.
The actor did a great job making it his own. Some great cameos that didn't steal the movie and some very inside jokes. I recommend you play a drinking game every time they make a sexual joke. Don't worry the kids won't get them but the adults will .. but very subtle.
Overall, if you use to watch the series and enjoy the action figures then this movie will hit home. Much better then the previous He-Man movie. Stay for the two after credit scene.. one immediately and one after the first credit roll.

The phrasing of how he speaks sounds weird, like when he says "tears". Sounds like two different sound bits badly spliced together.
EDIT: The whole soundtrack is on Spotify now, I'm cuing it up. Looking forward to track 27: "The Universe Shall Quake in My Shadow"

Maybe it's time to dust off the box of my old figures and vehicles from when I was a kid and sell them. Not sure what the market is like for those.
For an astrophysicist, Brian May is a pretty decent guitar player.

Skeletor's original theme already went pretty hard. Then someone did a metal cover.

Critical Drinker said it was pretty good, and that a lot of the concern about wokeness and deconstructing the original story etc were unfounded.
I saw it last night. That it was pretty great. Campy, but knows that it is. Lots of Easter eggs from cartoon and 87 movie. Mix in some cool action, and layered dialogue and we all liked it a lot
