I think the assumption is that she got paid bigly, but who knows? Could have settled for just an apology. Either way, I think what she really wanted was to be re-cast in the Star Wars show so hopefully she at least gets that.

There is also an untitled movie in development that will wrap up all of the storylines from The Mandalorian, Ahsoka, etc.

I know there were people like that here years ago...often the same people who would claim that CNN, NY Times and NPR were actually impartial and that Fox News was the only partisan network.

Those narratives have been completely shattered and no one pretends that is the case anymore. That being said, there are a few people on the Entertainment forum who do massively downplay the political bias running rampant in Hollywood.

Disney isn't doing that great with a lot of movies.

The Marvels is the biggest box office bomb of all time, depending on the metrics one wants to use.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps isn't going to make tons of profit, but it won't be a bomb.

They've had to reduce the number of Marvel movies being made because since End Game, the box office revenue has been in decline.

Snow Woke was a bomb and a $100+ million dollar write off.

The crazy part about Carano's original statement is how accurate it is.

I spent a half day at the Holocaust museum in DC a few years ago. The most amazing - and terrifying - exhibit was the propaganda exhibit that detailed the years preceeding the holocaust where the Hitler regime created a complex media campaign that slowly ramped up the marginalization and dehumanization of the jewish people.

It was extremely well laid out and showed how over a few years, the rhetoric increased and fully changed the mindset of the German populace.

Anyone who thinks that couldn't happen again is fooling themselves. There are those close to power who view such an exhibit not as a warning, but as a how-to manual.

The funny thing is, that person didn't and probably still doesn't appreciate the fact that they're the Nazi in this. None of them do.

Carano was also harassed and cancelled by the libs because she didn't put pronouns in her Twitter profile, and when libs pressed her on it, she responded with something like, "My pronouns are beep/bop/boop," in her profile.

They can't stand the idea that they might just be the bad guys.
