And plenty of bankruptcies and failed business ventures.

But to be more specific, he's not good at messaging as president. He has plenty of wins, then he goes and says something stupid and takes attention away from everything else.

Ahh, does him filing bankruptcies hurt your feelings? Can you show us on the Trump doll where his "failed" business ventures touched you?

He is fantastic at messaging as President.

He didn't say anything stupid. Instead, he called out to the press corps - in response to a question on Epstein - that they should be barking up the Bill tree and not the Trump tree.

Makes me laugh when folks think they know better than Trump at messaging.

So they only thing you said you think is "false, misleading and irrelevant" about the Epstein Birthday Book is that Trump is in it.

Is that correct?

So you don't care about Bill Clinton and other people's association with a known child trafficer?

Again, you claim I don't care but you have no evidence of that.

Let me type it slowly for you. Try and read it slowly as well.

Release the files. Full tilt unredacted.

And once done, unless there is video or sworn testimony that Trump participated in the rape and trafficking of young women or if he previously knew about it covered it up, then I never want to see another post about Trump and Epstein again. Deal?

Focus on your reading comprehension.

Again, we are talking about the Epstein Birthday Book. Please stay on topic and don't get distracted.

Why do you think information about Epstein Birthday Book is "false, misleading and irrelevant"?

What relevance is a birthday card book put together in 2003, two years before the first allegations against Epstein emerged?

Well, those allegations accused Jeffery Epstein of sex trafficking and abusing underage girls in his homes in Manhattan, New York, and Palm Beach, Florida between 2002 and 2005.

Do you really not see the relevance, or are you being deliberately obtuse?

I do not see the relevance. Is your contention that if you have a card in the book that its confirmation you were involved in sex trafficking of underage girls?

Without going thru 50 pages; devils advocate here (I absolutely want the list released, let the chips fall where they may):

IF this list is released by the DOJ; would they be liable for providing evidence that everyone on the list is a child m*lester? What will the list actually prove? Names on a list, like that of the plane log - yes, many, MANY, people went to this predator's island - does that mean everyone hurt children?
Does this list provide actual evidence of child m*lestation? Or just names of people who were associated with Epstein? If associated, does that prove wrong doing?

We should try and crowdfund the Epstein files.

This Administration might consider selling them for $500 Billion made out to the Trump Organization.

I bet Clinton and Company are paying less than that.

It doesn't take a lot of effort or skill for Trump to message his base. They listen to whatever he says without question so not exactly a challenge.

Agree. Being an intelligent, very successful business person I find his messaging relatable and easy to understand. Maybe those who are not as intelligent (libs are a prime example) struggle to follow along. Who knows.

Just this week he got a good trade deal with Japan. The next day he's talking about lowering drug prices by 1500% by threatening European car manufacturers. Not sure why I'd think a cultist would see how that's bad messaging, but it is.

Impeach him. No one who speaks to the press multiple hours a day is ever allowed to misspeak.

Would be much better if they put him in a theater with an oval office reproduction and a giant teleprompter so he can tell us about uncle bosie being eaten by cannibals.

Meanwhile, Epstein killed himself and there is no client list.

If it can be proven that you were on that island at the same time as EITHER Epstein or Maxwell (or both) AND any of the underage victims, I'm going to assume you are a very, very bad person. It's not a big place. Would that alone be enough to prove legally? Probably not. But, then again, we've been told "everyone knew," and Trump and co. have repeatedly promised transparency on this issue.

So let's have it.

So which is it, he's "fantastic at messaging" or he makes (incredibly consequential) mistakes? He has no message discipline and just fires off tweets and comments without thinking of the consequences, which I'm sure is part of what his supporters like, but it's not exactly a great trait when global markets will move based on what you say.

Performance over decorum every day of the week.

I know you likely prefer the great orator Barrack Hussein Obama. Forget the fact that he worked systematically over 8 years to plant socialists and anti-americans throughout the bureaucracy and the military and completely weakened us on the global stage. None of that matters. Cause damn he talk so smoof and never uttered a word in err.

Laughable, truly laughable.

What sort of fire? If I was in frying in a vat of grease, not even Trump piss can save me.

So no one can be a success if they were born to a wealthy family. You know Trump had a couple siblings who did not seem to make it much past the 3rd base they were born on.

Trump doesn't rule out a pardon for Maxwell.

"Trump was asked by ABC News Friday morning about the possibility of granting clemency for convicted Jeffrey Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who is being interviewed by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. "I can't talk about that now because, you know, it's a very sensitive interview going on," he said."

I can imagine how that interview went: "Talk to anyone about Epstein or his clients and you'll die in prison. Keep your mouth shut and we'll see if the president can help you out."

It's the art of the deal.

This. I know a lot of people "born on 3rd base" who didn't score. Achieving Trump's level of success is far from luck.

Amazing to me still how much everyone liked him before he ran for office. Everyone. Including the same Democrats who have investigated him non stop for a decade.

Not sure if this was before he left for Scotland or not, but on his way to the choppah he was asked this and said simply that he had not even thought about it.

Blanche went back again today for more discussions. I don't think it takes two days to cover the imaginary sentence you conjured up (or copied from Reddit more likely).

Why would there even be discussion of any deals at this point? Its frankly a dumb question.

Meanwhile, Biden DOJ never took the time to even have a chat with her. Evidently neither did the DNC appointed activists who managed her conviction - like James Comey's daughter.

As with most of the posts here, it's sheer conjecture on my part whether Maxwell has the kind of knowledge that would earn a deal.

But anything involving lawyers doesn't get finalized quickly and if a deal to protect powerful people is in the works we'll never hear about it anyway unless Maxwell squeals.
flown-the-coop

No reason to meet with Maxwell if the objective is to keep things quiet. Agree that lawyers, whilst a necessary part of life, never expedite a damn thing unless it's freeing illegals and anti American violent activists or blocking Trump from his executive authorities.

Sorry, should have realized that anyone who thinks Trump's third grade grasp of the English language makes him a "fantastic" communicator might need things spelled out a little more for them. The deflection comment was because you couldn't defend your point so you brought up Obama for some reason. I can include pictures if that makes it easier to understand.

Anyways, maybe we can leave the Trump communication style arguments to your other weird Trump worshipping thread and keep this one about why his admin hiding the Epstein information they said multiple times would be released.

Let's be honest. Given the timing, the sole objective of this week's Blanche/DOJ "meeting" with Maxwell? Optics to appease the masses. Near 0% chance it takes place without the last 2-3 weeks of events unfolding beforehand--regardless of the various sides of arguments going on here.

Who knows if it takes place or not. Could have come up when someone realized she had never been spoke too.

The lawyer for her was just on and said while they have not asked about a pardon, they intend to.

I have said already I am against it for her. But evidently she has an appeal (at SCOTUS?) on her conviction for a variety of issues including the thought by her that she was covered by Epsteins deal years ago in Florida.

Her having active appeals would have impact on what can be released I would think.

But given the appeal activity this interview probably still takes place, but likely at a lower level I think.
Ag13
How long do you want to ignore this user?
A pardon seems like a terrible idea unless she can give over evidence that would put multiple other people away (preferably high profile people).

But if she had that kind of evidence why wouldn't she use that as a bargaining chip before her trial?
