I hope Tulsi and others review this deeper as there has been so much manufactured BS attributed to Russia (Hunter laptop etc) that we have no reason to believe that "finding". I believe that the testimony given by Crowdstrike before Congress varied wildly from the conclusions drawn from their review that appeared in the Mueller report. I suppose you can believe what you want to.
