Remember Tina Peters in Colorado? Dominion techs also told her there was a back door to access Dominion EMS remotely.

I am sure ole' 76 will be around soon to explain how this wasn't possible.

I don't know what was or wasn't stolen, but I know the way Georgia and Arizona responded, it wasn't done according to the law. That is easy to prove.

I actually never really seriously bought into the stolen election narrative aside from them actually doing what they told us they did in this article from Time in changing the mail-in voting laws, getting social media companies to coordinate against "disinformation" and influence their users toward voting for Biden, and that type of thing. Obviously very unprecedented and very not okay, but not like straight up manufacturing ballots, casting ballots for dead people, 2000 Mules types of claims, etc.

But that lady looks really nervous, doesn't she? Definitely acting like someone who just got caught stealing an election.

Riding along in real-time with Ms. Hawg as she dug through countless links, docs, etc was maddening.

Every entity that touched the process had published rules / procedures / policies fully documented. They pointed to them at every turn when someone questioned anything and screamed, "fraud is not possible because ..."

Everywhere you turned, you uncovered evidence that these people were not following them. Systems were not air-gapped, audits showed broken seals/vulnerabilities, log files were rolled to hide access audits, etc and not to mention the host of things Runbeck was doing that was not inline with anything they were supposed to do.

.... and even with all these things happening, all we got was "XYZ doesn't have standing" from the courts and "wacky conspiracy / sore losers" from the media.

You remember in Maricopa County during the Cyber Ninja audit they wanted access to router information and the Sheriff publicly stated he couldn't do that because the routers stored data from the Sheriff's Department operations catching criminals. Routers were databases with people's personal info stored on them.

Very light lifting compared to the load you carried. Crazy to think I was in the same boat as Hulkster until I stumbled on your early threads and got sucked in.

Hated the situation, but not going to lie, you had me thinking I should look into providing IT investigative forensics at a law firm. Following the breadcrumbs and finding the holes/gaps was interesting. I could see it being an extremely challenging job, but also fun for a tech nerd.

Yeah, cause switches, routers, and firewalls are commonly used as relational databases, and even if he was just talking about IP / MAC addresses, nobody has ever created a map masking addressing/firewall info.

Oh and as you and I have discussed before, trial lawyers rarely have the kind of mastery of a subject matter to even know what to ask. Throw in complicated computer operations and many lawyers (and judges) get lost.

I think you would be good at that since you dumbed it down enough for this Ol' Dame lawyer!

Which is a good thing. The Senate Intelligence Committee is one of, if not the most corrupt bodies in Washington DC.

Funny. I was just thinking about that one dude we just brought in from Venezuela. I wonder what kind of stories he is singing right now.

On a side note, I am going to try to find the video today, but it has been known in the sleuthing circles that Venezuela is a hub for ballot harvesting/tampering/manipulating.

Someone's singing like a Canary. I bet the game plan here is first go after Georgia to get the evidence they need to go after Dominion and other states. The Governor of AZ ought to be crapping her pants too about now, she was running the 2020 election as Secretary of State.

The FBI has to have something new and substantial, or doubtful they would have gotten the warrant.

I suspect our conversations with Maduro's subordinates about who was going to get to take over after we snatched him covered more than just Venezuelan elections given the ancestry of Dominion in the Vz elections.

For whatever it's worth, my wife works in healthcare and used to treat several women that were involved with that Cyber Ninja Audit. They would come in to see her and talk about counting ballots and studying ballots and all that sort of thing, and every time she would ask them if they were finding any fraud, every single one of them told her they were finding all kinds of fraud in that audit, but were not allowed to discuss any of it. Not allowed to talk to the media or any authorities about it...They said they were told the audit was only being conducted for our State Legislature to be able to understand what needs to be fixed with our election laws. They all told her pretty much the same thing consistently.. I don't think anything hardly got fixed though with our laws since Trump and Kari Lake pissed off so many of the Rhino politicians here in the Legislature.

I'm not. They were arrogant and had the globalists and Dem machine on their side. History continues to show us team blue has lots of stupid people doing their bidding and doing it poorly with respect to covering their tracks at that

I don't think it's a coincidence that this happened after we bagged Maduro.

Also don't think it's a coincidence that some of the GOP senate holdouts on the SAFE Act are all of a sudden on board and also strengthening it. .

Thanks for posting that. I actually took the time to watch much of the audit. Katie Hobbs, then Sec of State, had her "observers" in bright pink shirts. (Shirts were color coded for which activity that person was doing to keep track of who was where during the audit for security purposes.)

One day, I spot a new guy in a bright pink shirt with longish black hair. Even at a distance he looked very familiar to me so I started running my rat traps to find out who he was. It was Ryan Macias. The same Ryan Macias who had been head of the EAC when Dominion was "certified" for use. He had left that agency (revolving door with voting machine company execs) and was now working for someone else but was "volunteering" for Katie Hobbs.

If there was one guy that should not have been allowed within 100 miles of that audit, it was Ryan Macias. And with his observer pink shirt, he could have access to any part of the audit activities, complete with his phone. Also know as remote access.

But jut to put a bow upon how shameless Maricopa County Election Officials were. They failed to duplicate the Braille Ballots done by vision impaired voters. Braille ballots are thick booklets that cannot be scanned do proper procedure is to duplicate them onto scannable ballots with tracking number on both for chain of custody purposes. No such tracking numbers were evident on either the Braille Ballots nor any duplicated ballots. That's pretty cold. No way to know if those were even counted.

This. And how is it an "attack" on the votes of Fulton County residents to verify just how great and safe their ballot counting system is?

Ossof sure as hell doesn't want his runoff election in Jan 2021 looked at either. Hinky crap in that one too with a Dominion tech fixing a malfunctioning tabulator by standing next to it, just holding his phone, never touching the machine itself. Phone was online wit that tech's supervisor at the time.

Yee-haw! Now we are cooking with gas. So DOJ received a report that became the basis for the search and seizure warrant.

What was in the report is not news to me at all but it might be of interest of some you just tuning into this for the first time.

Quote:

The report outlines, where applicable, the corresponding Georgia Law and/or Rules & Regulations violated by the action of each alleged Count.

Count 1, for example, states:

Quote:

On September 30, 2020, the Secretary of State directed county officials to install
untested and uncertified software (version 5.5.10.32) written the week before on 34,000
Ballot Marking Devices across the state before it was tested or submitted to the
Election Assistance Commission ("EAC") as required. To be clear- this was not a
patch, but a complete installation of a new and untested software version.

This potentially violates O.C.G.A. 21-2-374 according to the report's authors.
Additionally, the report includes numerous other issues including:

  • Failure to perform Logic & Accuracy testing as required by Georgia law
  • Ordering over one million "extra" absentee ballots (not alleged to be a violation of law)
  • Failure to perform any signature verification in both the 2020 primary and general elections
  • Swapping of 35 memory cards during a live election
  • Cutting Security Seals, removing memory cards, and "fraudulent returns" then printed on "surrogate machines"
  • 20,713 ballots attributed to ten advance voting machines with no provenance
  • Failure to preserve election records from the initial November 3, 2020 count
  • Unauthorized access and control of Fulton County's election operations, voting systems, and data
  • No reconciliation or canvass performed in violation of Georgia law
  • Ballot paper authentication disabled across the entire state of Georgia
  • Thousands of ballots added to the post-election hand-count audit
  • 3,930 ballots intentionally scanned and counted more than once for the recount
  • Missing ballot image records from the recount

Quote:

  • Voting system encryption keys provided to counties unprotected in plain text
  • 103.6 percent and 113.8 percent "citizen voting age population registered to vote" in Georgia and in Fulton County, respectively
  • Hundreds of test ballots included in the official results
  • Failure to "Create, maintain, preserve, or produce a numbered list of voters for all of advance voting"
  • Created Daily Recap Sheets after the election, not during the election as required by Georgia law
  • Fulton County's official records include 22,534 more ballots cast than voters credited with casting a ballot
  • Thousands of ballots included in the original count are missing from the recount, and thousands of ballots in the recount are missing from the original count

And Bryan Kemp and Gabe Sterling, Richard Barron, among others. Kemp was Sec of State who originally struck the deal with Dominion back in 2018 for a 2019 installation. Gabe Sterling was employed with Raffy at Sec State's office until shortly before 2020 and then he became a highly paid "independent consultant" for Raffy's office (making more money on that contract than he did as a salaried employee) and having the freedom to have other clients. So guess what? As a contractor and not employee, Sterling's records, emails etc. were not subject to GA state law FOIA requests.

Neat trick, huh?
