Question 1: What functionality, or enhancements, were provided by the new version of software that was not available on the certified version?

Question 2: How did you come to find out you needed this after it was too late to test/certify?

Do they decide the person in charge of making their tech decisions falls to whoever can use Excel?

Now, members of the State Election Board have raised new concerns about the county's administration of the 2020 election, revealing in last week's meeting that the "tapes" used to verify that ballot counters started their counts at zero may be missing.

Shocked I tell you...

We don't know what the functionality nor enhancements were added because the Dominion witnesses told the federal judge in the Curling case it was just a patch to correct a formatting problem on one of the political offices because there were too many candidates to all be on the same screen for selection. (Remember Dominion had been stonewalling the judge and refusing to make machines/software available for inspection by plaintiffs' experts despite her order to do so for months.) They finally did produce them giving the experts about 24 hours to conduct their review before the next hearing in October 2020. So they lied to the judge about the scope and purpose of that change.

Once they are lying to the judge, the other inquiries became moot.

But final point being, Totenberg made findings of fact that Dominion basically stunk and their witnesses were not credible. BUT since time was so short, early voting was well underway she could not order a remedy. She didn't have the power to order only paper ballots to be used for an election happening in a matter of days.

BUT even with a truncated time for inspection, one the experts, Halderman from UofMI, saw enough to write a scathing report which was submitted to the judge who promptly put it under seal where it remained for two years or more. And then she only allowed that report to be released to the EAC.

EAC sends out an alert to Dominion machine users that changes needed to be made immediately for security purposes. But even the experts laughed at that saying those patches would not work because there were no security precautions in the first place, much less being able to augment them. Can't strengthen something that isn't there without rewriting the entire software.

I know that sounds just too stupid and corrupt to be true but it is, sadly. Why I was pulling my hair out over this crap.

That's something that needs to be changed. Legislation needs to be passed that government contractors are subject to the same FOIA requirements that the government is. We are scammed so badly!

Sure makes me think it was nefarious. If it weren't, wouldn't everyone all know the "good reason" already?

I am guessing that at minimum, Raffensperger got a huge kickback.

You remember in Maricopa County during the Cyber Ninja audit they wanted access to router information and the Sheriff publicly stated he couldn't do that because the routers stored data from the Sheriff's Department operations catching criminals. Routers were databases with people's personal info stored on them.

Yeah, cause switches, routers, and firewalls are commonly used as relational databases, and even if he was just talking about IP / MAC addresses, nobody has ever created a map masking addressing/firewall info.

And would be so simple. Just make cooperation with open access law a condition of contracting with a state or local government.

Here's something else I discovered during my research. These companies with "proprietary" source codes are usually required to escrow that source code with a company designed to do just that. Under certain conditions, the state contracting entity can file to get access to that escrowed source code. Change those conditions to not be so restrictive.

Pure hypothetical but, proof Georgia rigged election found, can you make a case that biden was an illegitimate president and all acts he committed are now null and void including his pardons? Could states have this standing?

Oh it was all deliberate from the very get go. Dominion was an obscure Canadian company ostensibly formed to assist people with disabilities to vote using their system.

How did they get to be an American company with 40% of the electronic voting system market? Courtesy of the Eric Holder Justice Department. The ordered a divestiture of one-third of ES&S's business and "sold" it to newly formed American company. Dominion.

I think best we could hope for is a few arrests and more stringent state and federal voting laws, hopefully...Maybe Dominion/Smartmatic gets wiped off the planet...

Communist ALWAYS name their cheating machines something great or easy: Smartmatic, Dominion, Affordable Care Act.
Hate is how progressives sustain themselves. Without hate, introspection begins to slip into the progressive's consciousness, threatening the progressive with the truth: that their ideas and opinions are illogical, hypocritical, dangerous, and asinine.
This is backed by data.

Maybe a side effect of what is being discovered in GA is the same as what Peters was trying to figure out was happening in Colorado (Dominion's home base.)

Hope she is released soon.

There is so much built into our system to allow evil people to lie and obfuscate to do horrible things to people who threaten to bring light/truth. After it is all said and done, they destroy lives and are protected by **** like "speech and debate clause" or "I was doing my job and following the 'evidence' ..... that I fabricated"

Well, we are all NAZI's after all, so "we were just following orders" is the standard reply.

Acceptable to all DC federal judges.

I don't think anything hardly got fixed though with our laws since Trump and Kari Lake pissed off so many of the Rhino politicians here in the Legislature.

I want to come back to this for a minute. I believe you have misread the situation. Not afraid nor pissed at Trump nor Lake (a non factor in 2020) as much as obeisance owed to Runbeck. Runbeck determines who wins elections in AZ (and other states) so non of the GOP state pols will upset that apple cart. Else they are on the outside looking in with zero recourse.

Pretty sure any communications I have with any gov. official are subject to FOIA requests.

Also, doesn't state and federal law require you to store communications for X-number of years when dealing with the government or contracting with the government? So even if not subject to FOIA, they could still be subpoenaed.

Communications with the government is one thing. Communications within the contractor's system and other documentation for contracts performed for the government should be included in that requirement (minus financial info about the contract). Places like Arizona shouldn't be able to hand over their entire elections system to Dominion and Runbeck and then throw their hands up for FOIA inquiries about how the election was operated. If the contractor is fulfilling a function on behalf of a government agency, they should be subject to the same FOIA provisions as the agency they are working for.

If they are going to raid other offices, they should have done it at the same time across the country. Should have gotten warrants in states like Arizona at the same time and conducted raids.

Hopefully the feds do this right and people start singing and deal-making. Have to admit, Obama was a mastermind and trying to destroy the country.

Oh, you know there are some mid/low level folks that will roll as soon as the walls start closing in... That is where we have to get to, and I am not putting anything past these damn activist judges though...
