We are actively seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Houston team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic, high-performance group that values quality, relationships, and integrity.
Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing restaurant construction projects
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficient in construction software, scheduling, and budgeting

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and site crews
• Ensure safety, quality, and scheduling standards are met
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and documentation
