Description: One Solution Industries (OSI) is looking to hire a Financial Manager (FM) to manage all financial and accounting aspects of the business. The FM will be responsible for maintaining accurate books utilizing QuickBooks software, invoicing clients, accounts payables, accounts receivables, reporting financial metrics to Management Team, forecasting revenues/profitability, analyzing company financials, and business development.
The position will also gradually become involved with the operations side of the organization, learning the overall functionality of the business in order to optimize profitability and drive revenue. As a growing company, there will be an opportunity for the FM to participate in the increasing profitability of the company through bonus structure compensation.
OSI is an industrial construction company operating out of Houston, TX specializing in industrial plant work. OSI provides both steel and concrete services to clients in the industrial space. We have been in business since 2021 and are looking to expand our business.
Job Requirements: Applicants need to have a good knowledge of financial operations, cost accounting, invoicing, client management, effective communication skills, and a strong motivation to grow with the company.
Experience using QuickBooks is preferred, but is not required. The willingness to learn is sufficient.
Applicant must be able to not only work well as part of a team with others, but be able to be independent and show leadership and organizational skills in executing a financial plan. This is an in-office role and you might travel locally throughout Houston to meet with clients.
