Didn't conclude my pusuit of a JD.

Wife is going through similar situation. So...

1, Get everything in writing (paper, email, text). Everything.

2. Counter their offer by 50%. Can't and won't hurt.

3. Profit.

It's not rocket science. They'lll be looking after their bottom line. You lookout for yours.

You'll emerge just fine.

There is an employment attorney I know personally in Austin. He's a t-sip, but a good lawyer and works on his own, so maybe more affordable. Aaron de la Garza.
